The property-risk economy has matured around a standard for almost every variable that matters — credit, valuation, vehicle history, building code. Roof condition is the conspicuous exception. The RHS Center exists to close that gap.

What It Is

An independent standard — and the producers of the RH Score.

The RHS Center is a standards effort, not an analytics vendor. Our work is to define, publish, and steward an independent roof condition signal the whole property ecosystem can rely on.

  • An independent standard, not a vendor score. The value of a standard is that it does not belong to any single party that benefits from the outcome.
  • Address-anchored and methodology-published. The RH Score follows the property, and the way it is calculated is meant to be read, not hidden.
  • Built for the whole ecosystem. Insurers, reinsurers, lenders, REITs, adjusters, regulators, and homeowners are all designed for — because a standard only works if everyone can use it.
Where We Are Right Now

Early, and honest about it.

We would rather tell you exactly where this stands than dress it up.

  • We are building, not finished. The RHS Center is an evolving standard. The methodology, the integrations, and the governance framework are actively under development.
  • We are looking for partners, not customers. At this stage we are working with early insurers, adjusters, lenders, and regulators who want to help shape the standard — not selling a shrink-wrapped product.
  • Contact details are coming. We have not yet opened a public inbox or partnership line. We will publish direct contact details and the early-partner program as they open — and we would rather leave them off than point you at something that is not real yet.
Origin & Independence

Where we come from.

A standard should disclose its own conflicts before anyone has to ask. Here is ours, stated plainly.

  • IndependenceThe Center is independently governed and applies its methodology to all qualifying products on equal terms. No affiliated product receives a scoring advantage.
